In our Messianic livestream this Saturday at 11:00 AM EST, we continue our Sermon on the Mount series at Founded in Truth Fellowship. We will delve into Matthew 5:21-26, exploring Yeshua’s (Jesus’) profound command to not only avoid physical murder but also to root out hatred and contempt from our hearts. There is extreme irony hidden in this teaching by Jesus that we often miss.
Through a Messianic lens, we’ll examine the devastating consequences of dehumanizing others, drawing lessons from the tragic Rwandan genocide and the unjust internment of Japanese Americans during World War II.
