We all know the parable of the Good Samaritan well. There was a victim that was beaten, two men did not help him, but the third man, a Samaritan did. When telling this story, Yeshua intentionally mentions specific details that reveal more about the story. From the priest and the Levite to the specific way the Samaritan helped the wounded man, all find their roots in the Hebrew Old Testament.
In the account of Luke, Luke masters the art of painting a story before our eyes, giving clues and patterns to lead us on a journey of true life. This week we explore the moment Yeshua begins His journey toward Jerusalem. During this journey, he is rejected over and over again, faced with constant opposition, and many turning their backs on Him. This is the journey that leads Him to His victory in Jerusalem, but not in a way the world expects. In this message, we explore how we are to navigate our journey in life, bounce back from the opposition, and how to win as Yeshua did.

The Lens of the Cross

June 26, 2021
As we make our way through the Sermon on the Mount, we discover some radical teachings by Jesus concerning how we are to view and treat other people in regards to bitterness, hatred, and violence. We will also be looking at Paul's striking discussion on living in a new reality in light of Yeshua and looking at the world through the lens of what took place on Calvary.

Our Father

June 19, 2021
Join us for services this Saturday, June 19th, at Founded in Truth Fellowship. We are excited to dive into this week's Torah portion, engage in collective worship, and take a look at one of the most common metaphors that are used to describe God as a father. This description is used in the Old Testament as a way to shock the culture that existed at that time. Yeshua Himself also encouraged us to view our relationship with God as our father so that we could grasp the fullness of intimacy found in a relationship with Him.

Yeshua’s Torah

June 12, 2021
Join us as we dive into what Yeshua says about the Torah, how He has come to give the greater revelation of the Torah, and how the underlying message of the Torah is that it points us to something greater than itself; Yeshua.
This week we explore the unique version of the sermon on the mount presented in the gospel of Luke where Luke adds a series of "Woe Oracles" where Yeshua presents a pattern of blessings and curses similar to that found in the Torah.

The Salt of the Earth?

May 15, 2021
Join us as we take a look at what Yeshua means when He says "you are the salt of the earth". Does this really mean we are a seasoning or do the scriptures give us a clearer context? When we explore this question we may be surprised at what Yeshua truly calls His followers to do.
Join us for services this Saturday, May 8th, at 11:00 AM Est. We are excited to join together with worship, diving into this week's Torah Portion, and taking a deeper look into Paul's words concerning how to speak truth through love.
Join us for services this Saturday, April 24th as we come together for live worship as well as dive into His word! We also have a very special announcement to make concerning leadership. When Yeshua took His disciples up the mount to teach them the Kingdom ethic known as the Sermon on the Mount, he begins with the beatitudes. In this series of blessings, Yeshua lays out the road signs of what a true covenant follower will live like, referring to them as salt and light. Join us as we explore the radical teachings of Yeshua and what it really means to be the salt of the earth.
